Fresh Rentals is locally owned and operated by Duncan McEwan and Krista Burton. You may remember us from McEwan Real Estate, the business Duncan and his wife, Georgann, operated here in the Junction until 2007. If not, we have over 30 years experience between us, and we’re investors ourselves. So we may be a new business, but we’re certainly not new to the business. And, after a short break, we’re back – with a fresh perspective.

The PPM Group provides a comprehensive procedural system – with fully-integrated checklists to ensure that every task is completed correctly and in accordance with the law – and leaves very little room for error. Like we said, we’re serious about Property Management, and with PPM we are seriously organised and seriously informed – which makes us seriously good at what we do.
