We get it. Attending to repair requests is a priority at Fresh Rentals, and the
plan is to get the job done as quickly as possible, but please make all
requests in writing.


Repairs & Maintenance 


Attending to repair requests is a priority for our office.  Granted there are times that we will have to obtain the Landlord's approval before work can commence, the plan is to get the job done as quickly as possible.  We will need all requests in writing.  Email works for us...of course, if you have have access to email, you're more than welcome to contact our office direct by phone and drop-in to fill-out the appropriate form.

Emergency Repairs 


In the event of an emergency, please contact the office straight away on 5474 8411. If it’s outside of office hours, we’re still available. The office phone will be forwarded through to one of our staff, or you ring our mobiles direct:

Please make sure you understand what constitutes an emergency… as you will be held liable for any repairs actioned outside of business hours that are not actually considered an emergency.

 

Routine Inspections


These inspections allow us to ascertain the condition of the property and identify any necessary maintenance. They also provide you with the opportunity to advise us of anything you feel requires our attention. We will routinely inspect the property throughout your tenancy, usually every 4 months, and we will provide you with 7 days written notice prior to each inspection.

FYI – We also carry out periodic drive-by inspections.
